DealHunter ("we", "us", "our") operates the DealHunter mobile application (the "App"), a deal-hunting and price-tracking service for online shoppers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. By using the App you agree to this policy.

We do not collect your precise device location, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers, and we do not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs.
Paid memberships are processed by PayMob, a third-party payment processor. When you pay, your card details are entered directly into PayMob's secure hosted payment page (shown inside the App). DealHunter never sees, receives, or stores your full card number, CVV, or PIN. We store only a record of the transaction (order reference, membership tier, amount, status, and the billing email you provided) so we can activate your membership and provide support. PayMob's handling of your payment data is governed by PayMob's Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run the App, and only as needed:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and service.
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. We retain transaction records as required for accounting and legal purposes. When you delete your account (see below), we remove your profile and associated records and anonymise transaction history.
Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020): If you are in Egypt, you have rights under Law 151/2020 — including the right to be informed about, access, rectify, and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent. You can exercise these rights directly in the App or by contacting us at the email below, and we will respond within the period required by law. Users in other regions (including the EU/EEA under the GDPR) have equivalent rights of access, correction, deletion, and objection.
All communication between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Access to stored data is restricted, and authentication is handled by Google Firebase. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
DealHunter serves the Egyptian and broader regional market. Your information may be processed on servers operated by our providers (Google Cloud, Supabase) which may be located outside your country. By using the App you consent to this processing.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes may also be communicated in the App.
